What Our Warranty Covers:
Our warranty ensures coverage for the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Workmanship issues
- Defective products
- Mugs, bottles, and lids
- Products purchased in the U.S. and Canada
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
While we strive to make durable, high-quality products, our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Dents and scratches
- Fading or chipping paint
- Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the product)
- Product misuse or improper care
- Issues related to cleaning
- Accessories such as straws and brushes
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:
- Click the ‘Start a Warranty Claim’ button.
- Complete the form with your full name, address, email, phone number, and product details.
- Upload photos of your product, including the lid and the area with the issue.
- Attach proof of purchase (receipt) as a digital file. If you don’t have a receipt – please choose the Gift option.
- Submit the form. Please note that the Contigo warranty claims can only be processed through the online form. We no longer accept claims via phone or email.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your completed form and photos, our team will review your claim. You can expect a response within 7 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may vary. Claims are reviewed in the order they are received.
Warranty Remedies:
If your claim is approved, you will be notified by email and Contigo will replace your defective product. If the exact item is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will provide you with the most comparable replacement from our current product lineup.
At this time, spare parts (such as gaskets, lids, and seals) are not available. However, we are actively working on making them accessible in the future. In the meantime, if your claim is approved, we’ll go the extra mile and replace your entire product.
